Available positions
Education Committee
Regular volunteer (responsible for carrying out regular planning throughout the academic year and assisting with necessary tasks, whether related to monitoring or designing/updating the academic curriculum)
Public Relations Committee
Coordinator (responsible for leading four departments—Partnerships, Communications, Events, and Grants—and designing plans and strategies for the committee)
Chief of Partnerships Department (responsible for leading the Partnerships Department to build relationships with organizations, brands, and private companies to ensure the project's sustainability)
Partnerships Volunteer (responsible for supporting the Partnerships department in liaising with brands, organizations, and NGOs, and for identifying opportunities to build sustainable partnerships for the organization)
Chief of Grants Department (responsible for leading the Grants Department, which seeks to identify grant opportunities for which E-VEN can apply to)
Grants Volunteer (responsible for supporting the Grants Department by exploring grant and funding opportunities for the organization, preparing applications, and organizing documents)
Communications Volunteer (responsible for supporting the Communications Department by drafting press releases and web articles, and reaching out to the media and influencers)
Events Volunteer (responsible for supporting the Events Department through the pre-production and production of fundraising and visibility events)
Legal Committee
Legal Assistant Volunteer (responsible for supporting the Legal coordinators with the committee's tasks and assisting the organization's other committees).
Finance Committee
Chief of Finance Department (responsible for assisting with coordination, monitoring projects and teams, supporting the commission’s activities, and facilitating communication between commissions regarding financial matters).
Finance Volunteer (responsible for preparing financial reports and proposals for funding opportunities, and analyzing profitability opportunities).
Social Media Committee
Design Volunteer (responsible for designing all of the organization’s graphic materials, ensuring a consistent, attractive visual identity aligned with E-VEN’s mission).
Web Design Volunteer (responsible for developing the website experience and SEO-optimized content, as well as producing graphic materials for social media, campaigns, and institutional communications).
Video Volunteer (responsible for creating video content adapted for multiple platforms, including audio synchronization, bilingual subtitling, and sound design to enhance the organization’s narrative).
